We all learn from our mistakes, right? Do you really think so? So, how come we keep
making the same mistakes over and over again? Perhaps we looking in the wrong
direction!

In my experience, we learn from what we do well. True, we often forget to remember what we’ve done well – it can be hard to recall something that runs smoothly or connects seamlessly. Which perhaps explains why the best learning comes from hearing about how others in similar situations work with everyday things like misunderstanding, miscommunication, misguided expectations, other things beginning with ‘mis’ and, of course, conflict.
So, how about reading how other people cash in on conflict, before you send us your own examples?
Cash in on Conflict yourself!
Here, we’re asking for your own experiences – in particular, how you apply the tools and techniques outlined in Cash in on Conflict in your own professional and personal lives.
We’re asking you to describe a situation of conflict, then the conversation you had to create other possibilities.
